Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days through your original payment method (Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash, etc.).

In case of cash-on-delivery orders, refund will be processed through a bank or wallet transfer.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
